➼ Payment is via Paypal invoice or pix➼ Prices and my TOS are subject to change (I'll include the update date)➼ DON'T USE/SELL MY ART AS/FOR IA OR NFT'S➼ You may use/repost my art only after purchasing/receiving a design/art➼ PERSONAL USE ONLY (Still working to bring it to commercial use)➼ Feel free to ask me questions or want to see the progress of the art :)➼ I can use the art for self-advertising, if you don't want to let me know before➼ I have the right to refuse any request that makes me feel uncomfortable
COMMISSIONS AND YCH
➼ Full payment to start the commission/ych➼Full refund if i need to cancel➼ 50% refund if the customer cancels after I have finished the sketch➼ 50% off additional characters in the same drawing➼ I don't do nsfw but suggestive is ok for me
ADOPTS
➼ You can resell the design for the same price you paid or less, unless there is extra art added to it.➼ Please notify me if you intend to resell the design➼ You can edit the design as much as you would like, but you still need to give me credit for the original design➼ Do not send me the money before I confirm it's yours. Any money sent without my permission will be considered a donation and the adopt price will be charged again.➼ NO REFUNDS
Breaking my terms of service may result in a warning, block, blacklist or legal action if necessary

➼ Pagamento integral para iniciar a comissão/ych➼Reembolso total se eu precisar cancelar➼ reembolso de 50% se o cliente cancelar depois de ter terminado o esboço➼ 50% de desconto em caracteres adicionais no mesmo desenho➼ Eu não faço nsfw mas sugestivo é ok para mim
ADOPTS
➼ Você pode revender o design pelo mesmo preço que pagou ou menos, a menos que haja arte extra adicionada a ele.➼ Por favor, notifique-me se você pretende revender o projeto➼ Você pode editar o design tanto quanto você gostaria, mas você ainda precisa me dar crédito para o design original➼ Não me envie o dinheiro antes que eu confirme que é seu. Qualquer dinheiro enviado sem minha permissão será considerado uma doação e o preço de adoção será cobrado novamente.➼ SEM REEMBOLSOS
Quebrar meus termos de serviço pode resultar em um aviso, bloqueio, lista negra ou ação legal, se necessário
